    The growth at SilkCube Corporation is divided into various Levels. We will post our requirement on our website. You will have to look into the requirements and accordingly develop the module and upload it. Among all the modules received we will select the module which best suites to our requirements. For this module the developer will get $20 to $250 or more depending upon the complexity of module. The developer whose code is selected as the best code for two times will be promoted to level 1 employee. 

Level 1 employee:

    As a Level 1 employee, you will get $50 or more per month. This amount is different from what you get for developing modules. You will have grace period of 2 month. We understand the fact that one can not work continuously, so grace period is a period where you can be inactive but still they will be paid. you will be considerd as active When they will provide us our next requirement.

Getting promoted to level 2:

     As a level 1 employee you will be the first one to be approach for the next requirement. For promoting to level 2 we will check either maximum number of codes or best code among level 1 employee. If level 1 employee failed to submit our requirement then that requirement will be floated to public and best coder can be promoted to level 2 employees directly.

Level 2 Employee:

    As a Level 2 employee of SilkCube Corporation you will get $150 per month and they will have grace period of 2 months. Getting promoted to Level 3

    As a Level 2 employee, you will get common task and based on performance and commitment, you will be promoted to Level 3 employee.

Level 3 Employees:

Level 3 employee, you will actually get all the benefits like any other corporation. They will get salary slips and other benefits like medical, insurance, provident fund etc. Since this is a start up, Level 3 employee will get $1500 per month as a compensesion and you can expect this figure to rise. At Level 3, you will get some really challenging problems. There will be no competition rather will be given specific task and they will be expected to complete it within given timeframe.

Above Level 3, the task will be more related to project management and companies growth related issues.
